Real deal doner kebab sandwiches. Large variety of kebabs and a few Turkish home style dishes too. I've been craving a proper doner kebab sandwich for a while. We were in London and Istanbul over the summer, but I was unable to find exactly what I was looking for. A lot of people have been suggesting Berlin, but that will be a trip for another time. I ended up finding Ankara recommended on an Eater article, and it turned out to be a gem! My wife and I split a lamb doner sandwich and a chicken doner sandwich. Both were in Turkish pita bread and filled with a mixed salad. There was a tzatziki sauce and a slightly spicy red sauce on the side. Both sandwiches were delicious! Juicy yet crispy meats. Nice crunch from the veggies and the cross yet soft bread. It was perfect! Atmosphere is very casual. Nothing fancy but a very efficient and well thought out use of the space. Two restrooms plus an exterior sink. There is a self service coffee and tea station.

Having a late night early morning breakfast mixed gyro with rice and salad i definitely would recommend this place to all my friends and fellow yelpers as well

Solid Turkish fast food with gyro and kebabs right by the 2nd Ave station. The staff here are friendly and the meats are fresh. Try the mixed grill for a gyro sampling. They have a variety of options so you will find something for everyone. Worth a stop if you have a craving for gyros and doner.

I had the pita mix gyro with beef and lamb. I could differentiate the different in taste but what I can say is that it was really good. What was not good was the tzatziki sauce it was the worst I ever had, it was flavorless, waste of my calories, so being that it was on the side I took it home and doctored it up. The pistachio baklava was excellent, which is made at bakery.

The food is made to order while you wait so you get 100% fresh hot food! I had the lamb shiskabob the only regret was not getting a bigger size. The bread I had a half I wanted more it's that good!!!!! The salad is amazing with a light touch of oil and conifer touch of lemon! Definitely going back!
